Problems with your house?
In the past 10yrs we have found solutions for a multitude of unique circumstances and challenges. Huge void in your basement? No problem! Limited access? I bet we’ve dealt with worse!
Using innovative technology, we’re confident our operators can address your problems and resolve them to a high standard. In homes we have commonly seen problems such as:

What services do we provide?
We provide a variety of services at Benefil that cater to different sectors of industry. Services for your home can include: Floor lifting, void filling, tank filling, pipe filling and soil injections. Void, Tank and Pipe Filling
Using our hardfoam we can fill any voids or redundant pipes/tanks. We offer various foam densities depending on the structural support needed.
Floor Lifting
Floor lifting is conducted using our strongest density hardfoam. Using laser levelling equipment we can raise your floor back to its original height.
Soil (ground) Injections
Soil injections are used to stabilise and strengthen structural foundations that are sinking or weakening due to erosion.
Environmentally friendly?
Yes! Our hardfoams and resin are inert, meaning that they are chemically inactive. So you can be confident that any work in or around your home is not harmful to you or the immediate environment.
Our Process - Case Study
Recently we completed a soil injection job on a house. During the initial construction of this new property not enough soil had been placed beneath the foundations. As a result over the following years, due to fluctuations in seasonal weather and temperature, the soil started to erode and compact beneath the weight of the house. Consequently because the house was gradually sinking structural damage began to emerge in the walls.
The remedy was a straightforward example of a ground injection:
Following a consultation with the homeowners, our team arrived and installed 51 lances around the base of the house in preparation for pumping the resin. The pipes were placed at the correct depth and fixed so they could withstand sufficient pressure. Once the lances were secure resin was injected into soil.
Afterwards the site was tidied and the pipes were cut away. Another successful outcome for our team. Have a look through our collection of photos below documenting this project!
